Execution of wills

In the case of company shareholdings, an executor is often appointed – and almost always for family businesses – to duly wind up the estate, especially if there are multiple heirs. When it comes to minors or very young adult heirs, we consider this a must. If testators are worried that their estate will be broken up, we recommend permanent executorship.

We not only advise on the drafting and execution of wills, but we will also support the executor in fulfilling his/her legal (including tax-related) duties. We are also available to act as executor, particularly for clients where there is a special relationship of trust.
